Description

Nitrosun/Mogadon medicine belonging to the class of benzodiazepines that are tranquilizers produces a calming effect. Nitrosun/Mogadon shortens the time taken to snooze and lengthen the duration of sleep. Nitrosun/Mogadon is used in the treatment of severe insomnia but it is not supposed to treat the baseline cause of insomnia. Insomnia can be due to any reason such as stress or mental misbalance or any disease.

Working of Nitrosun/Mogadon:

The main constituent present in Nitrosun/Mogadon is Nitrazepam. It acts on benzodiazepine receptors in the brain, which are associated with the GABA receptors causing an improved requisite of GABA-to-GABA receptors. GABA is a chief inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain, concerned in inducing sleep, muscular relaxation, and control of anxiety and fits, and slows down the process of the CNS.

Dose regimen for Nitrosun/Mogadon:

The dose for inducing sleep with Nitrosun/Mogadon should be in the limit of 5 to 10 mg. The tablet of Nitrosun/Mogadon is ingested orally with plenty of water or any non-alcoholic beverages at the nighttime and 30 minutes before going to sleep. The maximum duration for the medication should not extend 4 weeks time. The medication is taken at such time so that you can complete a sleep of 7 to 8 hours without any disturbance.

Drugs interacting with Nitrosun/Mogadon:

Nitrosun/Mogadon are found to show some interaction with many medications like antihistamines (like Chlorphenamine), antidepressants or any other sleeping pills, anesthetics, epilepsy treating medicines (Phenytoin, Phenobarbital) and antibiotics (such as Rifampicin).

Contradictory factors with Nitrosun/Mogadon:

Nitrosun/Mogadon should not be prescribed if allergic to Nitrazepam or any other ingredients. If the patient is, suffering from lung diseases, or facing some difficulty in breathing when awaken or sleeping should not consume the medication for Nitrosun/Mogadon. If the patient is suffering from a cruel mental disorder or any liver dysfunction, Nitrosun/Mogadon can cause severe adverse reactions.

Precautions to be taken while using Nitrosun/Mogadon:
